Hi, my name is Jordan Best


I lost 115 pounds and completely changed my life beginning in 2017 and have managed to keep it that way ever since.

I reversed a number of chronic diseases (Asthma, Auto-immune, Type 2 Diabetes, Depression/Anxiety and more)
